Construction Operations Executive
"They are highly thought of by their competition. It’s the leadership at MYCO. Mark & Brian have instilled a very strong set of core values in their operations and it shows in their work, their product and their reputation.
Ron Ebert, Madison Risk Group
"Their track record and their abilities are the most important. We’re in a little niche market and everybody knows who MYCO is already."
"The As-Build drawings were delivered in a very timely fashion, they were in an easy to use, easy to understand, non-technical format. Everything from A-Z when dealing with MYCO was a pleasure. And that’s probably unheard of in this day and age with regard to trades."
Township Supervisor
"From my end on the safety side, you know they’ve received numerous awards from the ABC, for their safety statistics. Their training programs are impeccable, the guys have a lot of certifications, they have an extensive orientation program, they have an unbelievable apprenticeship program."
Bill Burke, MAdison risk group
"The executive management team is intelligent, they’re thoughtful, they’re planners, they’re team builders, they invest in good people that are given training and technology and they really care and treat their employees like families."
David Kane, Shepherd Agency LLC
"What we’ve seen in 7 years is tremendous growth, but most importantly well-managed growth. With phenomenal growth, some other things can get missed sometimes or there can be growing pains. MYCO has been able to grow and through great management and leadership, avoid those pitfalls."
Ron Ebert, Madison Risk Group
"They are the safest contractor I’ve seen in a long time. They have quality people that are qualified. They have an outstanding apprenticeship program and internal training programs. They’ve got good, young, safe workers. Because management preaches it- it starts at the top. Brian and Mark challenged their management to get on board, and they’ve built a great culture there."
